It’s official, our neighbors have spoken. The results are in. Tucson neighbors have voted Imperial Plumbing a 2026 Nextdoor Fave Award winner.

Impperial Plumbing Winners of Three Consecutive Nextdoor Fave Awards 2024-2026

For Paul Samorano, owner and founder of Imperial Plumbing in Tucson, Arizona, its their third consecutive Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave award and reassurance that putting trust at the forefront of the operation, staying consistent, and allowing earned trust to compound over time is working according to plan.

“When I started Imperial Plumbing, I didn’t want to be the group of plumbers who beg for trust through aggressive advertising or through bait-and-switch tactics, I wanted to earn trust through ethics and showing the work that we are proud of,” said Samorano.

Imperial Plumbing’s blueprint is straightforward: earn the community’s trust by being honest, put the homeowner first, show up when you say you’re going to show up, be fair and transparent with pricing, offer free in-home estimates, and go above and beyond what’s expected. Samorna says it best.

“The goal is to have plumbers offer such a great experience, that homeowners will tell their friends about us.”

And did they ever. Through Samorano’s leadership, the local Tucson plumbing business has amassed over 500 reviews on its Google Business Profile and 24 reviews on Imperial Plumbing’s accredited A+ Rated Better Business Bureau profile.

Now, Imperial Plumbing has won the 2026 Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave Award, its third consecutive year of recognition.

The award is a reason to thank the neighbors who have helped spread the word on Imperial Plumbing’s plumbers, said Samorano.

“When someone recommends us to a neighbor, they’re putting their own name and reputation behind ours. That means a lot to me and everyone on our team. To the people who have welcomed us into their homes and told others about us, thank you.”

Being The Neighborhood Fave Plumber

Imperial Plumbing’s community story also includes moments when nobody needed a plumbing repair. A ribbon-cutting, a Halloween celebration, and an Independence Day gathering have given Samorano and his team opportunities to meet people outside their homes and spend time with the community they serve.

At Imperial Plumbing’s 2024 ribbon-cutting with the Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce, Samorano stood alongside his family, team, and local business representatives, holding his daughter, Alaiah.

Samorano remembers the event like it was yesterday.

“It’s one of those moments in life that you never forget. It was the day Imperial Plumbing really began to grow and spread its wings.”

That community presence continued at Trunk or Treat in October 2025, an event supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona. Imperial brought its team, its blue-and-gold display, and a Halloween attraction suited to a plumbing company: a haunted toilet. The occasion gave families a chance to meet the people behind the service van in a setting built around children, candy, and conversation.

Showing Up For The Community

On July 4, 2026, Imperial joined Marana’s Star-Spangled Spectacular at Crossroads at Silverbell District Park to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary.

This time, the team’s display included a wooden van with a cutout windshield where children, parents, and grandparents could pose for photographs. A plumbing-themed game added another reason to stop by.

These gatherings offer a different kind of introduction than a service appointment. Families can meet the team without a leaking pipe or a repair decision demanding their attention. For an owner building his company around relationships, that time belongs in the story alongside the work performed in customers’ homes.

Recognition to Be Grateful For, Trust to Keep Earning

Imperial Plumbing’s Nextdoor profile now displays Neighborhood Fave awards for 2024, 2025, and 2026. The three-year record gives Samorano and his team something to celebrate, and a reason to recognize the neighbors who have recommended the business along the way.

The meaning of those recommendations comes through in the everyday details. One local neighbor on Nextdoor describes Justin repairing an outdoor pipe and working in two bathrooms.

The homeowner remembered his professionalism, the shoe protectors he wore inside, the cleanup, and the absence of pressure to purchase extra work. It is one homeowner’s experience, but it illustrates the kind of care Samorano wants associated with Imperial Plumbing’s name.

“To the neighbors who have invited an Imperial Plumbing plumber into your homes, shared a recommendation, or stopped to meet the team at a community event: thank you. Your support matters to the people behind this business,” said Samorano.
